I cant fault the staff my doctor is great I was with park surgery then to this one and I didnt understand why my doctor and the staff is so quick park surgery just abandoned their patients but not with newtown surgery I cant fault them at all thank you Newtown surgery

Where to start… we’ll Doctor Baker is awesome!

He is so attentive and knows his stuff… I’ve been to lots of doctors and most of them either don’t care anymore (could be a pay thing who knows)

But Doctor Baker knows a shed loads and some… for example I’m 35 now but 2-3 years ago my heart played up..
dr booked me in for an ecg with the nurse… when dr baker looked through I had this thing called a delta wave…

Futher exploration and ambulances called I had svt and atrial fibrillation (svt is common in my age bracket Af is very very uncommon) I’ve had to ablation and on medication…

How doctor baker saw this is mind blowing as James paget and papworth was shocked!
My conditions ain’t your typical one of the other… my resting heart rate drops as low at 35 bpm but go as high as 230bpm

Secondly I have an elderly father nearly 81
Doctor Baker make sure he’s doing anything he can to put my dad in the right direction and do home visits and just go above and beyond!

Basically this review is for Doctor Baker he’s just brilliant!!!

Don’t get me wrong the whole practice is decent and can always get a space…
I’d say 90/95% of the receptionists are very friendly but there’s the odd snotty one as in all surgeries…

But as a whole awesome Doctors

Thursday 12 May at approx 5,00pm I received a phone call from DR Abu stating that he was changing my insulin to 10 and 12 in fact my dose is 15 .18 this is very satisfactory I then asked if he had the right person he assured me yes he stated he would inform my nurse after a restless night when my nurse called next morning saying he had not heard from Dr Abu and no way was he changing the dosage as it was so satisfactory when I made further enquires it turned out to be for another person.
What a mistake and not even an apology.
This is no way to treat a patient

Whilst on holiday I was sent to this surgery by the local hotel and I received excellent service at a drop of a hat and was able to still make the most of my holiday in comfort, keep up the great work.
