Absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After hitting a brick wall with my gp regarding my HRT and always suffering with hormones and low mood a friend recommended Newson Health. They provided me with an evidence based treatment plan which I was thrilled with. My clinician was so understanding and knowledgable and even speaking to the admin team is lovely !. 3 months later I have just had my follow up and I am so happy,. I have less symptoms and actually feel like my old self , I’ve had a little tweak with the doses so hopefully will sort the last few issues. If you are thinking about making an appointment, don’t wait any longer ! Thank you so much Janine and team for everything xx

Had my first appointment (on line) today. Oh my gosh, what a positive experience. The GP I spoke with was so knowledgeable, open, friendly. I felt truly listed to and understood. Within 2 hours I had my clinic appointment letter, a follow up booked in, prescription sent to the pharmacy and HRT was dispatched a further hour later!!!! Reception staff also exceptionally wonderful and helpful. Only wish I’d booked much sooner. Best money I have ever spent on myself, can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!!

My experience with the Newson Health Clinic has been amazing. All the staff I have dealt with there have been so helpful and supportive. There was a cheaper options available through video consultation with a GP, who was so lovely and really listened to my symptoms and explained findings of my blood test. I feel like i've got my life back on track and feel so much better. Thank you NH.

I had been really struggling with my menopause symptoms until a dear friend referred me to the Newson Clinic. I had a delightful and very informative online appointment with Dr Taylor. She was so knowledgeable and walked me thru everything I could possibly want to know and prescribed me a treatment with choices - all easy for me to make an informed decision. The platform was straightforward and the service was formidable. I am so very happy that I am under their care and only wished I had come sooner! Five stars absolutely!!!

I've received great care from Newson Health. Everything has been explained clearly, with appropriate safety-netting. The decision making has been informed and collaborative and safe. I feel like myself for the first time in 4years. I'm also very grateful for the information that you put out online for free and highly recommend the Confidence on the Menopause course

I don't know how I would have survived menopause without the excellent support I've experienced from all the staff at Newson Health.
Based entirely on the evidence of my test results and (many) symptoms, we worked out that I need a high dose of HRT to feel well.
Now, at 60, I'm not just surviving, I'm thriving and feeling better in myself than I have since my mid 40's!

This clinic changed my life after experiencing dreadful depression and a multitude of other awful symptoms following my hysterectomy. It is appalling that women have to pay for menopause services but when the NHS was not listening and supporting me there was no alternative. I have had brilliant experiences with all the doctors I have spoken to on video calls. They listened and provided me with advice to enable me to make informed decisions regarding my HRT. The admin staff have also been superb, reacting quickly to my requests. Everyone is kind and polite and extremely professional. I now only have to have a yearly catch up and blood tests to ensure the doses of Oestrogen and Testosterone are safe and appropriate. I feel better now than ever. Where would we women be without Louise Newson fighting for us. Thank you!

I work for the NHS but try as I might, I could not get the help I needed with my crippling menopause symptoms. I was unable to work with my symptoms and that prompted me to find another way through it. I went to Newson Health and had a video consultation with Dr Catherine Shire. She was wonderful and understood my symptoms and what I needed to help my symptoms. Dr Shire sent me a list of blood tests I needed and I had my bloods taken on the NHS by my GP surgery (to save money). I then sent the results to Dr Shire and she adjusted my HRT dosages accordingly. After 3 months I was able to return to my senior clinical role in the NHS. My first two appointments were discounted for my being an NHS employee, for which I am very grateful. I had a hysterectomy recently via the NHS, a decision supported by Dr Shire in order that I would not have to take progesterone. Dr Shire diagnosed me with progesterone intolerance, which I had never heard of, but apparently is relatively common. I take body identical oestrogen and testosterone and am feeling like my old self. Without Newson Health I would still be suffering debilitating menopause symptoms and would be unable to work at all. It is the best investment I have ever made in myself.
