Absolutely brilliant. I was contacted at the correct time after my last appointment to make another. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and told tea and coffee was available. I was seen right on time and everything went very smoothly with no delays. In all I saw three people all of whom were very professional but so nice and friendly I felt very much at ease. I’m always nervous when it comes to having my eyes examined but all three were very kind and reassuring and explained exactly what they were doing and why so it was a good experience. I would highly recommend it .10/10.

The staff were 1st class, the procedure was painless, with the theatre staff extremely helpful and very professional, they are a credit to your company. I am delighted with the result of the procedure, hopefully i wont have to waite to long for my left eye to be be sorted. I thank you all for this brand new outlook I have on life. Diolch y Fawr Iawn. Excellent service in a frendly and reasuring environment and the actual procedure was painless and took very little time.The team kept me informed at each stage of the operation and a clear eye protection was placed over my eye. Post operative eye drops were provided along with care advise. A very good experence throughout.
