Excellent Service. I needed to speak to a Medical Professional so i rang the surgery and was immediately offered an appointment with a Specialist Nurse Practioner within the hour. I was advised on the best way forward to resolve my medical problem. Due to the advice i was given by the Specialist Nurse Practioner the issue has now been resolved. First class treatment from start to finish, thankyou. The Specialist Nurse Practioner also rang yesterday with my test results and to check if i was now well. Thankyou.

Low level place..
They saying They so busy,no space.. but when You waiting hours because Your case is urgent You realise place is totally empty! No people so why is so busy? but the worse thing is: gossips! Ladies are not answering phones, They just talking about others and using private phones (always the same Polish ladies).. please act like adults- talking about others is rude!!

Relatively easy to obtain a new appointment or prescription provided you submit a triage form at 8 am or thereabout. Much better than some other systems I have heard of.

Absolutely discussing service, submitted forms to be registered with the GP over 7 months ago.

In need of an appointment we were told you are not registered so cannot have an appointment.
With the comment “the forms must not have been picked up you didn’t submit them right”

I used the appointments triage form last week
I filled in the form at 07.59 and sent it at 08.00 am precisely
I received a call back before 11.00 am. Saw a GP at 1.30 pm. Received medication at my nominated Pharmacy by 2.pm
By 2.30 I was having blood tests at the Hospital
By 5pm I was having an Xray.
Blood results back on NHS App by 11.30 pm

Absolutely fabulous service & care and I KNOW that the service can be controversial but I can vouch that it really does work 👏👏

Nicola was very clear, direct and honest. She ensured she booked all relevant checks to ensure I felt looked after and supported without any request from myself.

I received a follow up call to see if the issues were still ongoing. I had my results explained to me and a follow up appointment put forward for further testing.
