I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff lacked proper training, and communication was subpar. Scheduling a new appointment was challenging. Unfortunately, my interaction with Supervisor Jenni was particularly unsatisfying due to her rudeness.

Given these issues, it's difficult to recommend this establishment. If they cannot improve their operations, considering closure might be the best option.

My Eczema was diagnosed scabies by this gp , can u imagine the wrong diagnosis n wrong medication .wrong diagnosis of scabies made me socially isolated , sleepless nights of painful itchiness n made to wash n wash everything with 60 degree. Emotional turmoil , social anxiety n financial losses my job got effected . 2 months of stress and eczema scars on my face n hands . Like what's wrong with them . It was finally after multiple calls day n night on 111 wn I was about to mentally collapse due to pain then given emergency appointment seen @ king george hospital ...than rightly diagnosed n rightly treated . Very very dissapointed.

Not happy with the attitude of the nurse Gurgit . My daughter went to see her and hers test results were blundered. On question ing what happened was given a rude blunt response rather than being sympathetic and polite. Even I have been to her for various appointments. But always in a rush and not helpful at all. Very blunt and abrupt

Got same day appt at 1330,contacted by surgery to say I needed to have another appt,was given on @1250 registered arrival before appt.Waited for one hour to be seen was not called.other people before me wasn’t seen also.We asked about wait,we requested that staff check to see if Dr was in his room.Operational manager checked room Dr wasn’t there.We saw him go out of surgery earlier.She did not know where he was but assured us that he his bag was in room so he would be back,we agreed to wait for him but I asked him to contact him by phone to see where he was.He eventually came back I saw him over an hour my appt.
I also need to complaine about the heat in the waiting room,it was unbearable and unsafe without a fan.

The practise as a whole could do with some improvement in terms of service continuity e.g. booking back with specific drs so you dont have to explain your health concerns in each and every appointment from scratch.
But my review is specifically for a new dr i saw today who was thorough, patient and truly listened to what I had to say and actually followed through with aftercare referrals/support.

Been in this GP from 2017.
Never once had a appointment on time.
It's always late 15m to 1hour.
Today had phone appointment doctor calls 2 times one I pick second goes straight to voicemail message left to reschedule with in less than a minute from initial call.
Call GP after 50m receptionist picks the call asking if I'm gurtinder something I say no, hangs up straight on my face.
Call second time 35 m until pick the call I explain everything receptionist says I don't know it wasn't me so anyways your date of birth.
Every time more rude and disrespectful.
Putts me on hold when I refuse to reschedule for 9 days after my original appointment.
Just to put someone else to say if I don't accept then there's no appointment.
Request letter with regards of doctor appointment it cannot be given only by appointment.

Appalling, pathetic and arrogant behaviour by the staff. The lady who want to take blood test was in a rush and although we went early for our appointment she was keen stating that she wants to leave in 5 minutes. She was very rude with my child. Because she was in a threatening mood she scared my child off.and didn't take the test. My child came back crying. I complained to the staff in the reception. But looking at the reviews I'm not the only one treated in this way. I don't even know if the practice manager cares about well being of this surgery.
