Worst drug and alcohol support team. Due to their mistake I was left for 5 days without any help or medication putting me under great mental stress and a lot of physical pain with no answers, no sorry, nothing! just more punishment by putting me on a reduced dose supervised daily from my usual weekly pick up. I have been clean 8 years and I was put at great risk of using street drugs possibly ending my life. This has been hands down the worst experience of "help or care".

These people saved my life. Well and truly. It’s not the easiest process getting on board but once you are sorted they do their best to look after you.

I imagine it’s a tough job. I’m sure they deal with super difficult situations and people every day. I certainly wouldn’t have the patience haha. I have had to talk about some things I really aren’t proud of but they never once made me feel like trash. Even tho I absolutely thought that about myself and wouldn’t have blamed them for it!

It’s not an ideal situation to be in but they do their best for us and that truly means a great deal to a lot of people who genuinely need the help.

Bradford would be absolutely lost without this service! For the people who want help and want to change, it’s the best place to be.

On the off chance you or someone you love is struggling with addiction I just wanna say: well done for getting as far as checking out this service. Even if you don’t call today, you’re trying to be proactive and that is big. It’s a great place to start.
It can feel like such a monumental task, but, it gets easier. Take it one day at a time and be kind to your self. It’s not easy.

Useless service, my worker went on long term sick around 4 months ago, you would think common practice would be to assign a new worker, this service isn't even just trying to tick boxes to make it look like the support and work was been given. Pointless service waste of government/council funding. I only gave one star as there isnt an option to give 0

Worst excuse of a drug service average answering a call from a client / patient is an hour and half been on hold for 48 mins this is 31/97/23 @ 11.33am name Naz Co worker Verona average script reassigned after falling off 11 days government and pct targets within the law is re scripting is with in 24 hours just days out not bad!!!
