(0 star review) Very rude and inconsiderate service. The staff do not care whatsoever about you, your health, working hours or anything other than getting their pay at the end of the week/ month. The fact that I've been struggling to breathe for a few days, being asthmatic, I know I just need steroids and antibiotics rather than take up a valuable place in A&E and where I'd be prone to other germs and infections. Telling me they have no appointments at all when theres only two people in the waiting room. Health service needs a serious sorting out and to just call 111. People have lost all hope and faith in this health service and are suffering as a result.

Discussing service prescription for months now hasn’t been right I finally get an appointment after trying for weeks to go and see them after they accuse me of missing using my tablets and when I go in and they check the count and I get an apology because they got my prescription wrong for around 6 months I would strongly advise anyone to stay well clear. I also had blood pressure reading witch was dangerously high they change my tablets and send me on my way no review no nothing I have also on many occasions explained that I do not want anyone other than a professional to speak to me about anything regarding my health they have failed to do this still and they allow the reception to speak to me about my medication completely out of order my health is my concern and only to be discussed by a professional only !!! I would also like to ad for people check the reviews on the surgery since Jessica batey took over as practice manager the last 2 years the whole place has fallen to bits nothing but 1 ⭐️ reviews so clearly she dines nothing to improve the quality and service of this surgery we all put are health and wellbeing in the hands of this place and this is the reality your not looked after and your treated like dirt this place needs a complete overhaul.

Shocking appears to be only 1 practice nurse available and no cover when they are not there. If you don’t fit in the 9-5 work bracket this means you have to take holiday from work for a simple 3monthly review

Absolutely disgusting customer service the female Who answered my call on the desk is rude ignorant and does not care about any patients who walk through the door I’ve had a problem on going for 3 years and I am absolutely no further forward . Never mind the fact that they’ve repeatedly lied to me over and over again . The place should be closed down absolutely clueless, they don’t care about no patients at all and the second you disagree with them they terminate the call absolutely disgusting customer service , months later I’ve tried phoning for an appointment and can’t even get one even though I phoned at 8am n sat in the cue for 10 minutes they must only take 5 appointments a day as I was 5th in cue n still can’t get an appointment waste of time

Don't take the fact you are working into consideration, demanding you attend for tests or reviews to the point where you are forced to take unpaid time off work.
When you phone you can't get an appointment when you are off.
With their rules and attitude they seem to forget they are there to service the public not vise versa.

Update: Won't issue tablets until I have a review. Never have appointments when I am off. Just tried 38 times to ring them, spending almost an hour listening to their rubbish then getting diverted to full mail box.
How the hell are you supposed to sort stuff out when you can't get in touch.
23rd May I'm on painkillers was taken off dihydracodine without any consultation. Put on straight codine at less than half the strength ended up lossing hours at work as couldn't work with pain. Had to go back to see Dr who put me on a different tablet which is Helping a little but not much. Last month had to see Dr to get more enede up seeing Nurse Practitioner. Was told when I need more to ad a note to my prescription as can't put them on repeat. This I did to be told I need to see Dr but they can't give me an appointment till after I run out of tablets.
Was told they would get pharmacist to ring me. 16.30 I rang as hadn't heard anything to be told yes you need to see Dr but now the appointment is even longer away.
This place just doesn't care.
