I am really happy with the service I have received at the Collegiate medical Centre. The staff members are friendly and efficient. And I have been referred to services which are helping me to deal with my medical conditions. Namely Joshua the male receptionist is a valuable asset to the surgery. I had a copd appointment with a nurse and she proved to be an expert in her field. Overall I'd like to say a big Thank you to all the staff.

Really difficult to get an appointment, even when you have an appointment they are always late, receptionist staff are quite rude and not understanding, Had an appointment booked yesterday and they did not call untill an hour later, I even called before and asked to rebook as they were running behind with 4 patients in front of me. they just said I would have to rebook this the next day, called the next day and been told I have to wait for certain times of the day to rebook, what a stupid system.. was also told that they never given certain times incase they run over which is a lie, I had a text confirmation saying a specific time, why should I have to rebook when they have ran behind

Today I was seen by one of the nurses for my regular diabetes review assessment. The nurse was professional and kind. She was competent as she took time to assess where she will be collecting the blood for the test without rushing and made it with the first attempt despite my difficult veins.

Today I visited the surgery with my father for his Dementia review and as always I felt reassured and satisfied because of Rebecca Anderson. We have been seen Rebecca for many years and words are not enough to express our feelings about her. Rebecca Anderson is a genius, professional, compassionate, generous and experienced nurse in the surgery. For us she is a blessing. She always looks after us in a great way. Whenever we meet her we feel heard and confident. She created a trust bond between us. We are thankful to Doctor Shahbaz and Clifford to have Rebecca in the surgery to look after us and other patients. We are blessed with good people in the surgery such as Victoria, Danielle and others. Thanks alot for looking after us in a great way.

Extremely rude receptionist and they lie aswell. Dr S Shahbaz is very unprofessional and assume disease just over the phone without even looking and knowing anything. Must avoid this doctor. I never had this kind of experience from any other doctor before. I'm shocked how she got job here and taking advantage of that.
