Seriously gone down hill. Via "ask my GP", I requested an appointment for a possible lesion on my head. I was asked to take a photo, which I'm not able to do as I would require 4 pairs of hands to achieve this. They asked that I placed a coin next to the lesion or a ruler. So doing this all together would require a number of hands. I informed them by phone, that it would not be impossible to take a photo. I'm now in the system waiting for an appointment, which I'm guessing will take weeks. About 3 years ago, when I had the same issue, I was given an appointment within the week but NOT nowadays.

Maybe i will be able to give a more accurate review, if i ever manage to get a doctors appointment! I called over a week ago waited an hour on the phone and had to hang up and couldn't wait any longer. called back later that same day spent another hour waiting. When the call was finally answered, the reception came across very blunt and rushed, boardering on rude. I explained i wanted to book a doctors appointment only to be told its online. I said i have tired to book online and i couldn't (of course it would be easier for me, then wait on the phone for hours) she emphasised the online booking several time. When i said that i wasn't able to, she was like well, no! You can only book between 8am and 10am (sorry mind blown! Not only have you digitally excluded people, but now theres a time bracket of exlusion too) anyway she agreed to take my details for why i need to see a doctor. A week later and i havent heard anything ive been online, after a whole fiasco- as i was still linked to sleaford and it wouldnt let me change the loaction, then due to that i couldn't log into nettleham and then i couldnt create a new account because my email was already in use. I downlaoded an app and now i just go round and round in circles, i log in, it takes me to the app, it asks for my nhs detals, then asks me to log in! One week and I'm no further on. I have had no call back and i cant even check to see if theres info or a message online. I have a horrible feeling nothings been documented so in effect my call no logged and nothing happening. Ive never know anything like it! Im a person! Why cant i call and book a doctors appointment? Absolutely shocking, next stop wil be coming in person, but no doubt you thats not even an option, will be turned away and told to hop online!

Fedup with asking to see GP, the other day a staff member accused me of shouting at her, absolute lie & it's not the first time, I had someone sat with me that day, just so she knows, I went to pharmacist, they said I need to GP, even got in touch for me, still can't get anywhere, very very uncaring practise

Useless. Called at 8am, waited 30 minutes to be asked by the receptionist what I "think is wrong with me". No appointment offered. I just want to speak to a doctor but apparently that's too much to ask for.

We have just left the practice..if your linking of joining DONT.Absolute joke... Appointments forget it, communication forget it, rude,unhelpful and plain nasty receptionist ( Tracey) then your in luck.

App never works,trying to get an appointment is down to which reception staff you get ,and where you get put on the system.
A week later after requesting one ,you'll still be sat waiting for any kind of communication from anyone and if you are lucky enough to get an appointment ..and I mean IF. You'll be waiting another 3 weeks !
No one will take requests over the phone, but with an average hours wait that's a no anyway.
And if you have any concerns of any kind , just go to a&e .
Don't rely on catching any serious medical concerns early as if you manage to get past the receptionist then your waiting weeks to actually get an appointment....
Never in my life have I been treated so shocking as I have at this surgery.

Not alone in this opinion either, many people I know have left this practice ,due to failings .
Serious issues here need addressing as it's patients that are suffering..

Rapid nosedive in service. Deleting patients at random, 2 month wait for responses to medical issues and being turned away for being sub 2 mins late arriving for an appointment. Try elsewhere.

Very poor management. All they provide is the absolutely necessary minimum service, and they cover their negligence with fake activities like sending messages to make you feel they are on the issue.

The practice appears over subscribed and exceptionally busy, but the medical and healthcare professionals there are working so hard. Appointments seem to run on time, the car park tends to be busy so definitely worth getting there early to allow for this. The staff are friendly and thorough, and in time sensitive situations have beaten expectations.
