The staff in the practise are so helpful. In particular the receptionists are very approachable, accommodating and keen to support patients. For a while I wasn't sure if I got special treatment because the service is so exceptional. However, I've recently been unable well and in the practise more than I'd like and witnessed the same level of care being afforded to everyone.
An example, just yesterday a man came to reception when I was waiting for the doctor with concerns the medication he'd been prescribed was a different brand and causing him issue. Rather than making the man return or wait for 48 hours the receptionist quickly reissued a prescription and gave it directly to the man to save any wait or inconvenience.
It is an exceptional practise. Dr Allen and Dr Fox in particular are superb and the nurses are ABSOLUTELY amazing too.

My daughter has complex medical needs requiring both long term and urgent care.
I find the the reception staff to be extremely helpful in every way.
The GPS are excellent. I'd like to pay a special tribute to Dr Allen who recently recognised serious life threatening symptoms in my daughter and directed her urgently to A and E at nsech.
Paul the practice manager has also ensured that my daughter's electronic medical record highlights the significance of her health problems so that all staff both administrative and clinical can see at a glance what level of care she requires.

Dr Rajagopal is an extremely experienced patient practitioner who always takes time to understand the issues. Often runs a little late with appointments because of being thorough but not a problem as would rather this than being rushed and not having a proper job done.

I am giving a 3 star because I've had really negative, unhelpful experiences with 2 of the GPs and a locum at this practice. However, I saw a lovely nurse, Judith Elliot several weeks ago and Dr Fox today, both of whom I rate 5 stars.

The surgery would benefit from staff being trained in compassion and listening skills and Dr Fox and Judith Elliot both have these skills and I felt listened to. I've had dealings with the practice manager who also came across as caring and compassionate.

At 62 years of age and having moved around a lot over the year’s, I can honestly say Netherfield House is the best surgery I have been a patient at. Sometimes GP appointments run late, but we’ll worth the wait and the receptionists and practise nurses do a great job. Definitely better than any other Doctors I have been to in past.

Poor practice. I had to wait 3 weeks for a doctor's appointment only to find out they had booked me an appointment with a nurse and I was then told they can do everything a doctor can.

Disgusted at the way dr Raj treat me and my autistic 4 year old son to the point i walked out in tears. Asking me if I need professional help. Belittling me for taking my son to the doctor for what I thought was psoriasis on his scalp, told me to not bring him to the doctor for dry skin. And said why are you panicking about him so much? My son was born very sick and had a major heart operation, he’s autistic and has had 2 throat surgeries and surgery on his testicles. Of course I panic. Never met a doctor with such little compassion towards humans. I have filed a formal complaint because I honestly don’t think he should be there. It’s obvious he doesn’t want to be. After telling me it was dry skin he told me to contact my health visitor to have a look as well to make sure. I can’t wait to book my next appointment with him caught me off guard that time but this time I’m ready. I’ll make him feel as little as i did.

Ps. Massive shout out to dr fox who is amazing at what he does and he does it properly now that’s a doctor.
