I now have much more movement in my neck and shoulders which is enabling me to move easier and do the exercises that Neil recommended. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another session. The sports massage went well and Neil sent me through sheet of follow up exercises to do at home before my next session.

I am a runner and used to constantly get running niggles - some which stopped me running for a while. A few years ago I went to see Neil Hawksworth to overcome a problem I had with plantar fasciitis. Having helped me with that I decided to see Neil on a regular basis (once every two weeks) for sports massage 'maintenance'. That was a few years ago. Since then, fingers crossed, I have had no running niggles whatsoever. I am now sold on the approach of maintenance and prevention as being better that cure - this being better for mind and body. Neil is a master of his profession - he knows his stuff. I am very nearly 70 and still going strong - although not quite as strong as when I was 60, 50, etc.
