Good experience with the Gp! I’ve done an appointment online which is great for me! And I’ve received a confirmation in 2 hours by phone! The appointment was scheduled on Monday for Thursday! The doctor was nice to us and the receptionist as well! Thank you

Here is a list of ups and downs I had personally with this medical centre in the last 12 months. .

1. Trying to make an appointment. I do wish you the best of luck if you can get an appointment . You will find at times no one will pick the phone up, and when you’re on hold for a long time they just hang up the phone and this has happened to me numerous times which is very stressful. I rang recently and was told if I need appointment I need to make it on line. Anyway I went on line and made the appointment and I then had to Waite a week, and when I turned up for my appointment I was told they don’t have me down for an appointment. I wasn’t surprised really because I thought this would happen because they are useless, and it had become the norm to get messed around - FAILED.

2. Late 2024 I turned up for an appointment, the surgery that morning had lost all power but they had a backroom that had power. I had to see a G.P in a cleaners room the size of a small bathroom. FAILED

3. Last summer 2024 I needed a sick note they called fits notes these days. I called to get my sick note but I was told my message would be passed onto the GP and he will call you, 2 days later I called back to see what is happening they apologised and said they will let the doctor know that I’m still waiting. This went into a another week and I called again they said sorry, I was told the doctors also works from home so I could be contacted any time of day for my fit note, I said it only takes a few mins to sort this out and I was home all weekend and no one is contacting me and I need this fit note now, can I just speak with the GP for a moment? I’m told no and to wait. A few more days go by and now I’m just stressed that I actually I had to call up for a telephone appointment with a GP and had to lie and to make up I had a health issue just to speak with a doctor, the GP called me a few hours later and guess what I got my Fit Note - FAILED

4. Mid 2024 turned up for another appointment the surgery was flooded water almost up to my ankles. FAILED

5. Why do I have to go to another surgery? Neith Hill medical Center now works along side the White House Surgery about 7 miles from Neith Hill, I don’t drive and I have been told once to go to the White House Surgery, I live in Neith Hill my doctors is Neith Hill medical centre so why do you have to pay 10 pounds to get there and 10 pounds to get back by taxi to see a doctor? FAILED

6. Trying to make appointment is now a very stressful event, the idea of making one is now filled with fear, stress and uncomfortable feelings it’s now a dreaded thing to do. I have avoided seen a GP because of the hassle that you might go through, it’s not recommended or worth it. I suffer with depression and anxiety and this does not help at all, you would need to see a doctor over the hassle you get for trying to see one in this surgery. I have thought of seen my Cat’s vets because there is no issue seen a vet and getting help.

Don’t register here, the few times I tried to get help they are all extremely unhelpful and sincerely uncaring. Now they introduced a system that is even worse to use and the website still tells you to call them if there are no spots. So you wait the 50 min on the phone and they will just tell you to try their online system the next day. I have week old newborn how can this be any good?!

My experience with the GPs are great, they are wonderfully helpful and tend to my concerns. However, somedays, some receptionists are unsympathetic and sometimes just plain rude. Had to wait a good hour to get a hold of the receptionist. I understand the job comes with struggles and you may not feel the best, however, hope the staff are trained adeptly to handle people to ensure they leave happy and satisfied that they are well looked after.

The worst GP surgery I have ever experienced. Every time I call in, they are always keeping the phone on busy or they do not answer the call at all. They have helpful and kind GP’s but the service is absolutely horrible.

I really didn't want to give a negative review, but honestly, this is the worst GP practice. It's impossible to get an appointment and receptionist are really rude.I've try call since last week to get an appointment and answer is always same:Sorry no appointment available,it's like joke they all the time sending people to Walk In Centre instead of try to help. This GP practice is the worst that I ever had. A really poor service all round.

All i need is a referral to see a specialist so I can have children, yet everyday I call "no appointments today. We don't do appointments for the future. Been trying for months and my dream of having kids is being taken away by these hearless money grabbing excuses of humans.

Worst GP now words very different professional approach. Call wait 20 to 50 minutes & most of time call get disconnects automatically after 50 minutes wait. Waiting in queue position 25 minutes as position 1 no on answers just ringing bell.
Reason for no appointments doctor only visit GP TWICE A WEEK. Wow
Staff is polite but can’t help as they have no resources provided by OneMedicare’s group
I don’t want to choose a star but can’t post the post with out select one star. Believe me its worst
