Came in spontaneously on my birthday to see if I could get a massage and it was the best present I've ever had! AJ fixed some incredibly long-term tension in my shoulders and neck, and they move better now than they did ten birthdays ago. A really, really wonderful treatment with a skilled and adaptable therapist, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Came to a lovely Hatha yoga practice with Holly this morning with my mum. It’s a beautiful studio, it was warm, friendly and inviting. Holly’s yoga class was excellent, she brings such lovely energy, she gave adjustments, and held such a healing space for us. We can’t wait to come back, thank you! Xx

Had an amazing massage here - they were able to accommodate me last minute which I super appreciated. The massage room is beautiful, with so much care having gone into creating an experience for all senses. The owner is so passionate about her field and runs her business with great care. Rare find.

Every time I step into this centre I relax. It’s like the calm in the eye of the city. It's easy to get to, the treatments are great and the staff are super friendly - it’s my new spot in town to grab a coffee and a heavenly slice of vegan cake. I love it!
