Melanie had recently been highly recommended to me by another very well respected practitioner in the therapeutic field. Having initially discussed my requirements with Melanie we agreed on the best DNA testing package and then the DNA testing process was set in motion. From my initial contact with Natural Chiropractic, Christian was there to take my call and I found him to be an extremely welcoming and helpful person. He explained everything, got the process in motion and reassured me if there where any queries that I shouldn't hesitate to get back in touch.

The whole process was made easy by Natural Chiropractic and when it came to the presentations by Melanie I was blown away by her thoroughness. Melanie has this ability to take complex findings and present them in a format where I could both understand & implement the recommendations. This was achieved by both her explanation in person and the accompanying report. The report had additional annotations alongside each of the diagrams and a summary which enabled me to implement the changes that I need to make to both my diet and lifestyle. Melanie herself put me at ease from the outset and was happy to answer all my questions both then and if I had any further thoughts afterwards.

Both Melanie and Christian have further assisted me since the presentations to sort out my supplements and again through their modern online payment system everything can be easily paid for and the supplements were available for me to collect or I could have had them delivered. I feel confident that I have backup if I should need further assistance and I do have a follow up meeting booked to discuss how the implementation of the changes is going.
