I had 2 Turtles, and recently gave them to Reptile centre, as I no longer could look after them. They were super understanding and happy to help. They collected them both for free and ensured they would be looked after and sent to a sanctuary as they don’t rehome turtles they will be quarantined for 3 weeks before being with other turtles. They had all proper equipment and paperwork. Would definitely recommend if you have a reptile that you can no longer look after. Thank you!

I attended a snake phobia course yesterday after struggling with an intense phobia of snakes for over 20 years. This phobia had been holding me back from doing things I wanted to do, so I knew it was time to address it. Abbie, our instructor, was incredibly kind and patient. She provided a so much information about snakes, their behaviour's, and personalities, which really helped me understand them better. I brought my husband along, and he even held a snake named Amber. Although I was still nervous watching him, when it was my turn, I managed to hold her for over 30 minutes and found her surprisingly cute. Just a month ago, I would have rather died than ever being near a snake, so this life changing for me. I genuinely believe I might be phobia-free now. Thank you so much, Abbie, for completely transforming my perspective. If anyone is struggling with a phobia, I highly recommend their courses!

Amazing facility. Animals are well looked after. Everything is clean and organised. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We re-homed 2 royal pythons and brought 2 full set ups from them. Please consider coming here instead of buying from a pet shop

A hidden gem!

The staff are friendly and full of helpful knowle
dge and tips. You can tell animal care and welfare is taken very seriously.
Autumn (new name) has settled in very well to her new home, and my husband is besotted by her beauty.

So pleased to discover this centre; staff and volunteers welcoming,friendly and knowledgeable. Our tortoise will I'm sure be in a safe and comfortable new home. Photo of my 91 year old mother feeding a giant tortoise (not ours!)

Great work with reptile rescue. I have had to re-home couple of my terrapins due to change of circumstances and NCRW had been amazing. Specially Hannah who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work that they are doing and the lovely reptiles they had on-site available to be re-homed. She kindly gave me a crash course on differences between Gecko, bearded dragon and monitor lizard. They are taking care of animals from as far away as Cumbria (a snapping turtle) who was dumped by its owner into the wild. I would definitely go back and adopt a reptile as soon as I can. On-site, they had lovely snakes, pythons and variety of lizards and terrapins that are waiting to go to a new home.

An absolutely amazing place if you’re looking at adoption a reptile or amphibian. They have a great selection of lizards, snakes, tortoises and amphibians! Very child friendly place and open 7 days a week!

I owned a baby ball python at university and could no longer have it due to moving back home and mum isn’t too keen on the snake, so frantically looked for a place and couldn’t believe I found such an amazing centre last minute. I was greeted by Chris and his friendly colleagues and they all welcomed me in and reassured of my snake’s safety in their hands. Toby was very informative and told me the whole process of my snake’s rehoming and showed me around the facility. Such a knowledgeable and well kept space and I’m so happy to have left my snake with them. If you’re looking to rehome your reptile or buy one this is the best place to keep them.
