We found an ideal dog on the website and we were able to adopt and take her home in 2 weeks. We visited the centre four times and on every visit the staff were very friendly and it was obvious they really care for their animals.

Two years later, it is difficult to recall what life was like before getting our dog but it is very easy to recognise what joy she brings.

Friendly helpful staff - made a donation, left some plushies for the animals, visited the kennels and fed them all a biscuit. Turning off a fast dual carriage way A41 so be careful turning in and out as the drive is quite small.

I can't recommend the National Animal Welfare Trust enough! They took exceptional care of my rabbit while I was on holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease from the moment I dropped him off. I received regular photo updates, which was a fantastic touch and really put my mind at ease. Special thanks to Sue, who was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to ensure my rabbit was happy and well-cared for. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
