Natalie is one of the most compassionate, loving, nurturing people I have ever come in contact with. She is built for the work she does. She understands from her own history, and has a heart for all. I did some group therapy with her a couple of years ago (which was terrifying and not my personality at all!), but she created such a safe and loving environment. I made so much progress with emotionally healing and learning to love my body. I would absolutely recommend working with Natalie!

Natalie is very compassionate and a down to earth soul. She has a huge heart and is very experienced in her field of work. Natalie gently pushes you to reach your goals in a safe space. What I found useful was that Natalie shared her own experiences about her past and it allowed me to understand my feelings around food which I had buried. Natalie’s toolbox of exercises and tasks that she gave in between sessions was a huge help to work through and I never felt alone on my journey.

Natalie is 100% invested in her clients and is someone who I recommended highly.

Natalie is such a kind & caring person and was so wonderful to work with. Her own life experiences gives her the ability to connect with her clients on a deeper level and to understand what that person is going through. She truly helped me to be able to connect with inner self but to also recognize the impact your body has on your emotional state. She knew exactly what I needed, something other therapists have not been able to do. I'm forever grateful for the impact Natalie has had on my life. I would highly recommend Natalie.

Natalie was a great resource for me as I was navigating my poor body image. She offered many great tools and resources that when put to use, really helped me shift my perspective about my body and all that it offers me. I am grateful for my time spent with her and would definitely recommend her services for anyone looking to have a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and body image.

Working with Natalie is a gift to yourself!

Natalie’s calm professionalism and expertise help focus the sessions, so you easily learn new ways of being; eg, focus on self-worthiness.

Others in my group were also VERY happy with Natalie.

Highly recommend!

Natalie is an amazing therapist and person. She helped me a lot during quarantine over Zoom. I especially liked the strategies and tools we discussed that I could use immediately in my everyday life.

I have spent years working on my disordered rating and body image. I thought I was “cured”. Then Covid happened. I was obsessing on food, even hiding my overeating from my husband. I was in an eating spiral, once again. I did a search on eating disorders on Instagram and found Natalie.
I started with her group and found it so helpful. It was the first time I’d looked at my disordered eating from a lens of understanding and kindness to myself. We learned specific ways to identify the feelings and break them down from a place of curiosity. We learned about choices I could make rather than out of control eating.
I learned ways to support myself without using food. And yet, if food was what I needed, I learned that was okay too.
The energy around food lifted. It’s still there but I have kindness for myself and a willingness to look deeper and see what I truly need.
My bottomless need for food (which never worked and made me feel angry at myself) went away. I notice my feeling and find ways for self care.
It’s not perfect and I’ve embraced the imperfection.
I was also fortunate to do some one on one work with Natalie which took my healing to a level I thought only other people figured out.
Our diet culture has made this topic incredibly embarrassing for me. I always wondered how other people were normal with food. Yet today, I have that freedom and wish and hope anyone struggling finds this kind of peace.
I hope this review helps someone.
