Where do i start..... first of all the fist night career came 1 hour late and she Kept waking my farther up every hour when he needed rest next night come around she show up 1hour and 20 minutes late and my partner turned her away and got sent out another. now tonight we have another career that come an hour Earley for her to fall asleep in arm chair and when my farther was showing discomfort because he has bed sorse and in serous pain dose no other than put cream into her bear hands and start rubbing it into his back just as she just changed his pad I would not recommend this company to your loved 1 please don't ......

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Please if you want your loved ones look after properly especially a loved one on end of life do NOT use these.

My father in law is on end of life. With terminal cancer and kidney failure.
3 days ago the night carer Josephine arrived a hour and a half late. Not even an apology from her. She kept waking my farther in law up every hour to check he was breathing. When he dosent need waking up. We already rang up the company to the complained and she still carried on doing it.
The second time Josephine came she was again well over a hour late.
No phone call to say she was going to be late again. So I turned her away after she shown up at 12 am. Bare in mind she's ment to be there at 10pm.
I refused her and wanted another carer to come. I didn't feel safe with her there. The carer was OK but didnt come untill 2.45am.
This evening we had another carer ruth who arrived at 9pm. Instead of 10pm. By 10.30 she had fallen asleep numerous time. Even snoring. When my father in law woke up in pain and discomfort, my husband and daughter in law helped. She does nothing eles but ripped his pad from underneth him were he is in hug pain. Didn't do anything gental. She placed a pad underneath him wiped his back side with NO GLOVES on applied cream with no GLOVES or an apron!
My farther in law asked for a drink she didnt even wash her hands and made it him and gave it to him! She then sat back down and with in 10 minuits she had fallen asleep!
I amimidataly rang the company and told them to get her out now but they said transport would be an hour to pick her up. They are very luckly that i wasnt there this eveing because i would of kicked her out on the street.. i mean this is not hotel! She's ment to be caring for someone on end of life making sure there stable, not in pain or discomfort. yet there she is using my terminal ill farther in laws chair to have a nap!!
I will be calling everyone in my power to get this company closed down
