I had my first deep cleansing with Kasia. I came to this clinic with zero experience and before we started she explained everything to me professionally and the treatment was just an absolutely amazing experience. I felt relaxed and was treated so lovingly that I even wanted to do other things. She is so honest that she even wanted to introduce me to all of her colleagues and even gave me their names. I just had the most incredible HydraFacial with Dorela and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was how she tailored the entire facial to suit my skin’s current needs — especially the breakouts I’d been struggling with. You could tell she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible results for my skin, and her expertise really showed throughout the treatment.
