I have been doing monthly sound baths with Laura and Rosie for a while now and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I love attending them, it is so relaxing and healing, each month is different and it is the perfect way to end a busy week. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them and they really put you at ease. I attended the spiritual awareness evening last night for the first time with the guest speaker and really enjoyed it, I also had some healing done by Laura and her tuning fork and I can tell you that I slept better than I have in months! If you haven't been to one of their sound baths please do, you really won't regret it!

I experienced an incredible full body Swedish Massage, with Rosie. Her welcoming and friendly disposition straight away put me at ease. She used the right pressure for me and listened, treating areas that I needed de-knotting whilst still making it a relaxing experience. PERSONALLY RECOMMEND VISITING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and a friend did a group sound bath and a private 2 hour mini healing retreat and could not recommend more!! Was very relaxing very friendly and felt very comfortable and welcome. Will definitely be coming back again

Had a sound bath online which was an amazing experience
Also experienced a Sounbath in person in the UK and in Menorca and both were out of this world and I highly recommend both .
Also been taught how to use Tuning forks by Laura and purchased some off her.
This is very good for healing as Laura healed me with the Tuning forks and she cleared alot of blockages. I highly recommend this too.
I really do recommend Laura and Rosie from Mystical Soul Sanctuary as they are both very experienced at what they do.

Was introduced to Mystical Soul Sanctuary by a very good friend and suggested i try Sound Baths, Didn't really know what to expect but i have now been to two Sound Baths and can honestly say Wow they can be Amazing each Sound Bath is so different, yes i was a skeptical at first the concept is all new to me didn't understand how it all worked, Sound Baths can and include and not limited to Gongs, Bells, Tubs, Sound Bowls, rattlers, shakers and many more not all are used in the Sound Bath the different sounds and frequencies these give off effect us all in different ways.
Rosie & Laura (Mother & Daughter) run Mystical Soul Sanctuary and on my first Sound Bath made me feel so welcome and the experience i had was just amazing the way the sounds entered my body the energy i felt was intense each item used gives off such a different sound and frequency afterwards i felt so relaxed so calm and was amazed what effect it had on me, i know it will not be for everyone and not everyone will get the same out of it as others, my opinion and its just that but the more you open and embrace it the more it will benefit you, i was skeptical but not anymore i admit i was wrong at dismissed it before trying it, again Sound Baths will not be for everyone one but at least try it once, it could make a big change to your life.
