I have COPD. Picked up a head cold which went onto my chest. Filled form in at 0800. Got call at 0840 with appointment with Matt at 1450. 1510 had steroids and anti biotics. Great service from My Health and a busy local pharmacy. Thank you.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to My Health for helping my little boy last night. I took him in at 5.30pm, we had no appointment but had been advised it needed checking. Matt cleaned him up and put steristrips on to help the wound to heal together. He was great with him, he explained everything clearly to my son, who was quite upset.
We have nothing but good feedback for the staff here. Dr Barnett and Dr Lewis have also provided excellent care to us.

Today I had an appointment with Dr Caroline Lewis and her lovely nurse (sorry I don’t remember your name), I mentioned to Dr Caroline I was booked in to get a smear test done in 2 weeks time and she suggested she just did it today along with my appointment I already had booked.

I had been putting off getting a smear test done for over a year, and the fact I was caught off guard getting it done today was probably a good thing as I maybe would have kept putting it off.

It’s now the evening of my appointment and I can’t stop thinking of how amazing Dr Caroline was with me, I wasn’t one bit worried or nervous, she made me feel completely at ease and we actually had a laugh during the appointment.

I hope they both see this and knows how much they made my day today (if that’s even possible getting a smear test) and how thankful I am to them for their care. Xx

Thank you so much for the very kind and efficient receptionist who helped me with my mother’s medical condition whilst on holiday at Weir Caravan park. She registered my mother as a temporary patient and arranged for her to be contacted by the GP which happened within a couple of hours and was then supplied with a prescription so that she could continue to enjoy her holiday. We were most grateful for this excellent service.

I've experienced a lot of support from the GPs and nurses, particularly when balancing medications with symptoms and having a minor procedure. I'm very grateful for the care I've received and have particularly liked the new system where I can correspond quickly via text and online forms. I got much more information in a face to face procedure but I felt this was part of my ongoing care which complemented the text system.

I filled in a form this morning just before 8am, received a text, sent a picture back and had a phone call all before 8:30am. Very impressed. And the doctor was very friendly and explained everything. Keep up the good work all the staff. You all do a great job 🙂

I called into Stamford Bridge surgery needing medical treatment after a trip abroad. The receptionist was lovely. She was concerned, completed an on line form there and then, phoned after hours with an appointment time and when I missed the call the surgery phoned me again first thing in the morning, for me to be seen in the urgent care clinic that day. I'm really grateful for the care I received and for the NHS in general.
