This was my first time here. I was nervous going in as my iron levels have beem extemely low as well as my vitamin d. My gums stand out quite a bit so and i have been suffering with a white tongue for months. I was anxious and concerned that there was a possibility that this could be due to dental issues however the dentist was lovely and put me at ease instantly. My gums are fine and my issues are just due to my deficiencies. As for my gums there is a name for it but they are perfectly healthy. I am so glad i came here because you don't just want a dentist. You want someone who can put you and ease and has good mannerism. I also got my teeth cleaned and polished which wasn't as bad. I did all this privately and for me it was worth it.

Been in touch before never offered me to be on a waiting list spoke to a woman who said they couldn’t taken me on checked nhs site says there deffo taking on, ring back then put me in a list, should be offering people to be on the waiting list instead of palming people off then have to ring back to ask again, reception team need some customer service skills especially at this day in age plenty of people with good customer service skills that would snap there job up!!!!

Amazing dentist, I had my tooth extracted and developed dry socket which was totally my fault. They treated me within 24 hours and diddnt charge me. Amazing.

Really bad customer care with a lack of empathy, ban there NHS patients including children.
No warning of future appointments or need to book an appointment, I thought it was a receptionists job to keep up with all the admin work not the customers.
It's not just our family it's many others. What are supposed Todo if we can't afford private in this country.

Had a check up and new hygiene treatment well impressed. The team here are all excellent. Patient care second to none and they are all so friendly and pleasant I am always treated as a person not just an appointment.

Been with this dentist as an NHS patient for a year or so now and they have been incredible at every turn, firstly through a lengthy course of complicated treatment with several emergency appointments needed, then again recently with an infected wisdom tooth. Had the tooth extracted at hospital, who had no availability to help me with another horrible post op infection. I rang first thing this morning, was booked in and was even called in early to get me seen quicker! Truly sealed it for me. This practice deserves every praise for the service they offer.
