My mum has had a pleasant experience with mydentist, in particular she'd like to recommend Dr Charmikha Romesh who is very friendly and amazing at her job. Her approach was very professional whilst also putting my mum at ease when it came to a tooth extraction. Thank you!

Really bad receptionist. Not professional or helpful at all. I have been a patient here for over 10 years and asked for an appointment at least week in advance (even called on the Monday) and asked for an emergency slot which she was no help. Could only offer 2 weeks + for an appointment. It’s really bad to leave a patient in pain when they are registered at the practise. What’s the point of being registered? They state no long waiting lists on the website but it seems pretty long to me.

Who likes going to the Dentist?
However Dr Fahad was excellent. I had my back tooth extracted as it was agony for 2 weeks. He numbed the area and within a minute the dodgy tooth was out. Many thanks much appreciated 👍 Deffo recommend this dentist..Thank you to the receptionists that booked me in on same day. Excellent service. All the best

Great doctors. Excellent treatment for children.
Not so good from the point of the administration in the chain. I've been removed from the practice without a word. Long waiting time for appointment. Receptionists but always pleasant, often changing.

Receptionist not helpful & emphatic at all !
Also she said they are closed on Saturdays but Google listing states open from 9 am to 2 pm
I gave one star as it is not possible to give zero

Would give less than zero if I could. They charge too much money for an appointment not to mention the actual treatment and the rubbish advice that they give when it comes to getting procedures done. Would rather go the easier way and not treat the teeth properly. I got an infection after getting a tooth removed and wasn’t able to even get another appointment since apparently they’re always busy. In addition, they have removed my mother and brother from My Dentist for no apparent reason after Covid without letting them know and no emails. However, the reception ladies are kind.
