Today I was referred as an emergency to the my dentist surgery in Saint Mary Church, as unfortunately I do not have a NHS dentist. What a wonderful experience it was despite my pain. From receptionist, dental nurse to the wonderful dentist who saw me today, as a profoundly deaf woman, I commend you all on your communication skills, you all made me feel safe and valued.
The dentist was polite, utterly professional and more importantly, gentle, as I was in pain.
I thank him and have deep gratitude for him helping to relieve my pain and to take his time to ensure I was ok despite my not being one of his patients.
A very impressive practice! Oh how I wish I could continue to have my NHS dental care with you all.

I had an excellent hygienist appointment in June with Peter who gave me a top notch clean. I also appreciated the fact that Peter and his dental nurse, Michaela didn't chat amongst themselves..A very relaxing and professional appointment. Reception staff were helpful and friendly too

Had an appointment booked for over 1 year (as they don't do 6month appointments anymore). A month before the appointment they send a letter saying that either you go private or the appointment will be cancelled. Then the day before the appointment you recieve a reminder text, followed 1 hour later by cancellation text. Contacted the place and they informed me that the dentist has decided to change his hours today, but don't worry, they could rebook it. Biggest load of crap I've ever heard! Steer clear!

As an incredibly nervous dental patience I was surprised at how wonderful my visit to My Dentist was! All the staff are kind and understanding and I was treated very compassionately. The dental treatment I have received is of excellent quality and I would highly recommend My Dentist.

I have been waiting nearly 4 years for a dentist in Plymouth, I received a letter and was taken on as a new patient. Today I received my first appointment with Monika, and I was very happy to have a full checkup , X-ray and scale/ polish. The people and service were great, and I feel so much better now. Thank you

Recently enquired about this practice taking on people who are entitled to free on the NHS find a dentist site. Contacted here to had a reply. Email in its self did not even who responded, very bog standard reply. Then sent contact this number which I have done to be put on the NHS list over two and a half years plus nothing. We do not have the NHS list of people waiting to be placed in a practice. Letting people down in many ways.
