I had an appointment booked 9 months in advance (as recommended by the dentist) which was cancelled a month before (no problem as these things happen), so I called and rebooked the appointment for a month later, however the appointment was not actually booked in. Very inconvenient and disappointing considering I am paying private. Dentist care is great when you have an appointment but reception are frustrating to organise appointments with.

Highly recommend!!
Went last week for first time in years pretty terrified and knowing I needed a tooth out. Walking in the front desk staff are lovely and helpful and my dentist was excellent and he made me feel at ease, going back a week later to have my tooth taken out I wasn't nervous about it. It was done quick and pretty pain free.
If you need a dentist don't hesitate.

From the first encounter on the telephone with Holly to the ladies on reception and then the dentist and dental nurse. Absolutely fantastic experience.Everything explained clearly and my options given.

This is a great practice, professional, efficient and caring. I need an appointment every 3 months for medical reasons and they always make sure I get these appointments.
The waiting area is light, clean and airy. The girls on reception are always cheerful and helpful. They provide a great service of a text/ phone call to remind you you have an appointment a few days prior. Best dental practice I've experienced.

MyDentist is always bright, clean and welcoming.
The staff on the busy reception are very helpful and pleasant.
The surgery is modern and again very bright and clean. The dentist is professional and informative regarding dental health and and any treatment that maybe required.
You always feel valued as a patient and I would highly recommend this practice.

I called them to ask if they take new patients as I wanted to register with them along with my partner. They responded that I have to wait at least 3-years to register and started telling me their private practice rates. I responded that both mine and my partners teeth are fine and wanted to register for annual polishing, whilst we are willing to wait 3-years. She responded that I have to pay £40 annually per person to register and keep me in the register... Never had a dentisrty that asked me before to pay an annual fee in order to keep me registered! Money-hungry dentist. Avoid like the plague...

I visited Southgate yesterday for the first time suffering with toothache, I was met by friendly attentive staff. The dentist a lovely gentleman talked me through, made me feel at ease and went on to remove my wisdom tooth, he was like a magic man, never felt a thing, even the injection wasn't that bad . Thank you again and I shall look forward to continuing having my teeth looked after by the surgery.
