The hygienist is first class, very skilled in her work. She is very caring and patient with my wife’s limited mobility. Gives good advice on how each of us is performing with brushing our teeth. The practice is clean and receptionists are professional. As with all these practices parking is limited and therefore has no dedicated disability slot.

I previously had a huge fear of the dentist, after 3 visits for numerous treatments

I booked an appointment to have an issue with my gum looked at and a routine check up. I explained that due to previous experiences with a different dentist when I was young, I was nervous about attending and hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time. I was reassured by the receptionist who was amazing and received a call back later in the day to say the dentist would see me that day to have a look at my gum issue. I thought this was amazing and really appreciated it. When I arrived and met the dentist but felt that me being seen the same day was an inconvenience. The dentist didn’t really talk too much and I had to keep asking questions to understand what was going on. I am due to go back for a filling but feel more anxious now after the 1st experience I had there. I appreciate it was the end of the day on a Friday and he did try and squeeze me in but I felt on edge for the duration of the visit. Due to this I am considering cancelling the filling appointment and look for another dentist.

Being someone who is absolutely petrified of the dentist I cannot thank my dentist (Andre Barata) and his nursing assistant enough. They made my visit as pleasant as can be. Calm and relaxed and offered constant reassurance throughout my treatment and visit yesterday 12/12/24.
He knows how scared and anxious I was and am, but he makes my visits to the dentist a pleasant one. I had a nasty filling that needed doing and he completed it with such ease and confidence which helped me relax!
After being with him and seeing how thorough he is and seeing how much he actually does care for his patients- I'm no longer worried about my trips to the dentist!
My dentist despite being a man of few words was thorough and ensured the treatment was completed effectively. He spoke throughout the treatment explaining what he was doing and what was next.
The nursing assistant offered me constant reassurance and said I was doing well!
Despite being aged 33 lol the support and kindness shown towards me was admirable and I cannot thank them enough. No judgement was made at all. 😀
I am happy to have such a wonderful dentist who makes these visits somewhat ok!
I would highly recommend.

Very welcoming receptionist. Waiting area could do with air conditioning working, I was there yesterday and was it was very very hot in the room. The actual dentist area was very clean,cool and tidy. Both the nurse and my dentist very welcoming, which is reassuring as I am always nervouse.

Don't want to bother with complain. But it was weird experience. Came for check up, because chipped my tooth, ended up with unappropriate touching my face and neck, and questions not relevant to the dentist, received some suggestions about skin cancer. Was given very high price for tooth repear and booking for 1 hour appointment, when I needed to take of a sharp edge of chipped tooth. Very concerned, not professional approach, very unpleasant experience
