Attended my dentist cleethorpes after years of being scared for a tooth extraction, Joanna the dentist and the dental nurse was so good with me relaxed me talked me through the procedure and treat me with respect as a nervous patient, had the tooth removed with no pain I cannot thank the surgery enough from the receptionist and all who dealt with me my fear of dentists has now been taken away I would gladly now go again so thank you so much @mydentist so for anyone that has a fear I would highly recommend x

Joanna replaced a filling which had caused discomfort and irritation for several years since another practice gave the treatment.
I can now eat properly without wincing in pain, and feel no sensitivity. Very happy with the result, and myself and my husband are glad we changed to My Dentist

Generally an extremely anxious dental patient but my recent visit to the Cleethorpes branch of {my}dentist was an altogether different experience. I was treated with utter kindness and exceptional care. The dentist, together with the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable and at ease. What a team. An absolutely first class treatment. shocking really. worst dentist ive used currently in the process of finding a new NHS dentist but have gone private in the mean time. waited 3 years for them to find a NHS dentist which they kept promising and he is absolutely terrible.

Prior to my appointment I received a detailed form requesting information about my medical history completed easily and submitted them received a reminder text regarding my appointment date & time. The experience was first class from speaking with the receptionist to having the treatment. All staff were friendly helpful and polite. Thanks for a great service as usual. Keep the good work up.👍

Barna Gacs has been my dentist for years and he’s always been so lovely! He was very comforting upon the removal of my wisdom tooth, and always asks questions about my life - I’m surprised he remembers given that I only go once a year. Easy to make appointments and I’ve never had any problems.
