Having had a lot of treatment over the years, going to the dentist is not a problem as I have a good idea of what is going to happen. However, the implant was a new experience and I was a little apprehensive. Armed and Rachel were excellent and put me at ease. Armed explained the procedure clearly.
In the event the only thing I felt was the initial prick of the first anaesthetic injection, after that nothing.
Altogether a good experience, the worst part being standing up after the best part of an hour and a half lying head down at an angle in the chair.
I followed their aftercare instructions and had no pain or bleeding.
Very pleased with the finished product, an excellent match to my own teeth.

I’m someone who has been scared of needles all my life and for that reason I hadn’t visited a dentist in over ten years. This caused my teeth to become a bit of a mess! The final straw came when I snapped one of my front teeth in April this year so I decided enough was enough and to get myself back to the dentist. After a lot of research I ended up booking a first appointment here and I’m so glad I did. Gareth has been fantastic throughout my treatment plan, as has his assistant and the staff on the desk. Everyone is extremely friendly and make you feel at ease the moment you walk in. Although I’ve felt apprehensive at all my appointment's, I have soon felt relaxed once I’m in the chair. I’ve had a tooth rebuilt, one removed, a few fillings and a full clean. I have so much more confidence now. My teeth have gone from being yellow with brown stains and black spots here and there to white with no stains. I can’t recommend this dentist enough, and for a private dentist I can’t complain at their prices, they aren’t half as expensive as I’d expected to get my teeth sorted. Couldn’t be happier.

After my first consultation to have implants I was undecided to proceed. Further discussions with Ahmed and Rachel reassured me of the benefit and change of appearance I would achieve.
Whilst the process took several months I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and care taken by Ahmed and the understanding and support given by Rachel. Thank you to you both

I got my treatment done by Salma Ainine after searching so long for the right practice and dentist! Before I started my treatment I was not happy with how my teeth looked. I had no confidence to smile, I would always shy away from the camera and would cover up my mouth whenever I spoke to someone. So I finally found the courage to do a consultation with Salma.
She talked me through all of my options and helped me choose what was best for me. So I went for the aligners.
Salma communicated with me during every step of the procedure, making sure that i was okay and throughout my treatment she made sure i was not in any pain. She went through great lengths to make sure i was comfortable and relaxed. The room was always very clean. She was an excellent communicator and was always happy to answer any questions i had.
The staff at the practice were always very friendly and welcoming.
Now that my treatment is finally over I can happily say that I am very happy with the results. I did not expect that at all. It has boost my confidence which was one of my main concerns. I love smiling and showing my teeth off.
So Salma, i would like to thankyou from the bottom of my heart because you have no idea what you have done for me. Thank you so much for your excellent dental care you have given me.
Your professional expertise, integrity and compassionate concern for me was very much appreciated. There is no other place i would go for my dental care. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

After completing treatment with Dr Eassun I couldn’t be happier with my results! From first walking into clinic with a whole load of nerves he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed to go through treatment. The whole team are amazing and looked after me from day one. It was my first visit to Oliver’s House today and I can’t praise it enough. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I saw Ahmed who has a very professional manner and instantly put me at ease. He discussed my future treatment in a positive manner. It’s brought back my confidence in having dental surgery.

Excellent dentist, I had to have a tooth implant, my dentist Ahmed Awad was friendly and made it all a pain-free experience. His dental nurses were also really good. Great care is taken to provide a sterile environment and 3 months later once all healed I have a splendid replacement tooth . It is an expensive procedure but i have 10 months interest free credit do that was a help. I am very pleased with the end result. 😊

I've just been for a tooth extraction at My Dentist Oliver's House Sunderland. My dentist was Dr Salma Ainine. I've got to say the second I met her and all through the procedure she put me totally at ease. She was very clear with all my options and so clear with everything I needed to know. One of the things i was concerned about was the anesthetic and the dreaded needle. I actually praised her as she was so gentle I never felt the first needle going in, and just the slightest feeling on the second needle absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Alan Dawson x
