I have been taking my oldest son here for a few years now and have always had a great experience. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and know their stuff.

My daughter has been going to the Orthodontist in Grimsby for nearly a year now. Her problem is a complicated one but Lorenzo and the fantastic team that work here are making a huge difference. From the minute you walk in on your first appointment you are greeted by the friendly smile of the receptionist. Everything is explained clearly as is each different procedure during following appointments. My daughter has never said that she doesn’t want to go back because every time she has been made to feel at ease. The last time we went we saw Lorenzo and Vicki and my daughter had a tooth removed, they were fantastic, my daughter was so relaxed with them.
All of the staff here are so welcoming. I’m so glad that my daughter was referred to this Orthodontist even though we have to travel a distance to get there. Well worth it.

Just been with my son to this orthodontists and I can honestly say how impressed I was. Receptionist had impeccable manners and the dentist was so reassuring, supportive and talked through every step he made to my son and what he predicts the future to look like. The care and attention to the user was…well, simply superb! I can see why so many people want to use this service if this wonderful treatment is commonplace. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with the care and support that our daughter has received at this orthodontist.
