My son’s experience at Malvern Orthodontic Centre has been first class, from my initial phone call with them, right up until today, when he had his brace removed. Reception staff are extremely friendly, both on the phone and face to face. The dental staff are also friendly and help to put the patient at ease. We had no problem getting emergency appointments on the couple of occasions that we needed them and there are good systems in place for reminding you about your appointment times. Appointments run on time and we were never left waiting a long time for appointments. The results of the brace after 18 months are phenomenal! One happy boy with a smile to be proud of. My daughter had fixed braces with this practice, from start to finish all of the staff have shown care and kindness to a very anxious child. Every visit, you are greeted with a smile.
