Always a very relaxed atmosphere which is great when visiting a dentist!
Reception staff are friendly and polite.. Katherine Porter is an excellent dentist and always puts you at ease before starting any treatment. I would highly recommend this surgery

As an extremely nervous patient, My Dentist in Isaacs Road have been amazing. My dentist is Kate and herself and her assistant are so understanding have patience. I can't recommend them enough. Many thanks.

I was shocked with the unfriendly welcome and unprofessionalism of the staff. My first and last. It should be called "The Singing Dental Practice". The reception staff sang loudly as the radio blarred out tune after tune, and as if that wasn't discourteous enough the hygienist and his assistant did exactly the same in the treatment room. At one point they lost themselves in the music and got louder and louder. As I say absolutely shocking and unprofessional. Turn off your radio and concentrate on achieving good patient care and making your patients feel valued. If I want a club atmosphere I will go to a club. I don't expect that type of behaviour at a dentist practice. And I haven't even mentioned the prying inappropriate scrutiny in between the singing. I didn't leave with a clean fresh mouth I left with earache. A complete waste of my time and money. Never to be repeated.

I can't say they are professional or friendly. Terrible they are just after your money they don't care about you and your teeth. I would not go back there and I would never recommend them to any humans ? bad bad dentist.

Ann Duro is the best dentist I have ever seen she is patient with nervous people, and she puts you at ease before she does anything,my new teeth also Tracey on reception (nothing is too much trouble for her )she is a credit to the surgery

Highly professional service from the reception team to the hygienist. Couldn’t fault them at all. The staff are friendly and welcoming and you are immediately put at ease. Fantastic dentist surgery !
