I recently changed to this dental practice and my experience has been outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The office is modern, clean, and has a calming atmosphere, which really helps take the edge off any dental anxiety.

The dentist took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answering all my questions with patience and care. I could tell they genuinely cared about my comfort and dental health. I also appreciate how thorough and gentle they were, making what is usually a stressful experience surprisingly pleasant.

I changed Dentists a few years back to My Dentist Waltham Cross. It's the best thing I've done. Kerry on reception is the most approachable and sympathetic person. So helpful and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble. She's a credit to her profession. It's the first dentist I've felt at ease with. Thanks for being so great.

Pretty disappointing having being with this practice all my life, I had chipped my tooth and was told I'd have to wait a whole month for it to be fixed. I joined a new dental surgery and it was fixed within a week.

My Mydentist as a premises, I knew as my dentist, from some time in the nineteen seventies.

I looked around, to see if I recognised anything, from years gone bye, and did, a little.

Divya and Patricia knew their stuff, and were pleasant staff, to know.
I'm not always that relaxed, but they were fine with me.
I chatted away, especially to Divya, and Patricia, general conservation, small talk.

Reception also good. I forgot any payment method, thinking it was NHS free.
So, on trust, I went home, and phoned in with my debit card.
Unknown to me, was that reception had called,saying, 'Indeed, I owed nothing', on NHS.

Overall, a fine experience, with no downside.

My mum was late to her appointment and Nadine was lovely enough to rebook mum for a later appointment the same day her customer service was superb and she was very approachable. The dentist she saw was FANTASTIC!!! Mum had a dentist
Phobia until today as the lovely Mayni make her so comfortable and relaxed she explained everything to mum I don’t think mum wanted to leave! Also Danielle who was assisting Mayni was lovely she also made mum feel comfortable and had a good convo with me, thank you all!

Unfortunately, my experience with this dentist was quite disappointing. Not only were the treatments subpar, but the demeanor of the staff, particularly the receptionist, was extremely rude. Appointment scheduling was a hassle, and there was always a significant wait time. Overall, I would not recommend this dentist to others.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dentist clinic. Orthodontist services are appalling. They change orthodontists every few months and your treatment plan is fully messed up and delayed by years. My sister started her braces journey when she was 13 years old, now she is 18 and still has the same braces 5 years later despite only have a moderate level of issues with her teeth. This is solely due to the lack of service, care and unpredictable turnover of orthodontists at the practice. Do not go to this dentist !!!!
