I have just had my appointment cancelled two months in advance. I've been waiting around 2yrs for this. There is no alternative date, I just have to wait until I'm an emergency before I get seen.

My wife was booked in under the emergency system a couple of weeks ago because it was the only way that she could see a dentist about her discomfort. She has to wait 4 months for that emergency!

Oh, BTW as you wait on the phone to be connected to speak with somebody, you are encouraged to join as a new patient.....as long as you are willing to pay as a private patient.

Hardly "the envy of the world", the NHS is broken and nobody who is able to do anything about it cares.

Great Dental Hygienist, Assistant & Practice Team!!
I had great anxiety & sleepless night before a “deep cleaning” dental hygiene appointment, & was also evidently quite dehydrated too, all of which resulted in me feeling on the verge of passing out before the required cleaning treatment even started. I just managed to communicate this to Diya & her assistant who both immediately calmly & reassuringly responded, communicating does & don’ts clearly & continued both directing me helpfully & continually checking how I felt which enabled me to relax, recover & feel at ease, to the point that I was then quite happy & at ease for the planned work to go ahead.
Sorry to anyone whose later appointments were delayed Tuesday morning by about 10mins.
I have never & would never complain about being delayed for an appointment in such circumstances.

After visiting Michael to discuss the pain in a tooth, he said that he would put a filling there. Instead, he gave me 2 fillings in teeth that had previously shown no need for it. He then said he wouldn't fill the tooth that I originally went in for, without an explanation. 2 months later the side of that tooth sheared off and I needed an emergency appointment to get it fixed.

I'm leaving this review now because my son has been left in excruciating pain for the last two days due to his "treatment" from Michael. So much so that today I've spent close to £300 with a private emergency dentist in Exeter in order to have him treated properly.

As a first-time patient at your dental practice I was a bit nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, but Michael made the experience quick and painless. I was amazed that I didn't feel any pain even when the anaesthetic wore off, and I had no issues or swelling afterwards.
I also appreciate that he took the time to redo three old fillings which I have always hated because of their shape and color. They looked like a piece of gum stuck on my tooth, but now I can't even tell where they are anymore. He truly is a top dentist, and the best I've ever had so far. Thank you all, you are a lovely team.

I’m a very nervous patient due to having a few horrible experiences as a child. Since Michael has been my dentist he has taken note of how nervous I am I had a cap fitted which for me was brave as there was a lot of drilling for me but he was very good at explaining to me step by step and was gentle which reassured me. Unfortunately I had to have a tooth took out due to a infection yet again I couldn’t of been happier with my experience tooth came out no problem the injection I felt but very gentle At long LAST I have got a gentle dentist 100% would say to people to go see Michael.

Like many, I suspect, I always had a dread about going to the dentist. This fear has gone after the wonderful treatment by Dr Michael. Today I've had a very tricky crown at the back of my mouth put in place by him with great care and understanding plus a filling. He explains everything he's about to do and makes certain that you understand and that you are comfortable and pain free. I recommend him to anyone fearful of seeing a dentist. Please don't ever leave!

Absolutely brilliant, I am very nervous and very scared of the dentist and they were the most understanding, calming warm welcome team 😊 it was my first appointment and I am very comfortable in going back for the rest of my treatment. Amazing dentist, deserves more than a 5star. Thank you
