I've had moles treated with the Cryopen and have just finished a course of tattoo laser removal with Simone. She is a lovely lady, friendly and good natured yet professional at all times. I’ve just finished my 3 session of c02 laser skin resurfacing with Simone , and couldn’t be happier. For the last 20 years I’ve been paranoid about sun damage pick marks on my nose and decided I wanted to finally get this sorted. Following extensive research, I found My Skin Spa , which had great reviews and was fairly local to me . Simone explained the process and post treatment process etc to achieve best results … even a few days after my second session people were commenting how fresh and clear my skin was in general and I could certainly see the reduction in the marks on my nose and some lesser ones on my one cheek and I know that this will only improve over the next few weeks / months. I would definitely recommend Simone and My Skin Spa Stourbridge ..

Honest review
I’ve had 8 sessions of tattoo removal in total now and I wanted to wait until a few weeks after my final session to give my honest opinion on the results. Simone is a lovely lady & made me feel at ease. My tattoo had started fading extremely slowly after the first 4/5 sessions however the last 2/3 sessions I haven’t noticed a difference at all. Keep in mind that It is an extremely expensive process and after 8 sessions I’d have expected my tattoo to at least be light enough for a cover up. But unfortunately it is not, I doubt I’ll have having any more sessions here which is a shame, expected better results after reading all the good reviews.

Very happy with Simone's service for my tattoo removal. Always professorial and takes the time to put you at ease. It takes time to fade completely but each session has given good results. Would happily recommend. Keep up the good work!
