My Oasis didn’t just help me with schoolwork, it built my confidence and character as a person. I was shy and didn't talk much at the start, but I eventually got more and more brave. It was hard, at first, to step out of my comfort zone, but I did and it changed everything. It was scary, I went at my own pace but it was so worth it. You’re surrounded by people with troubles similar to yours, whether it be with school or something else. And the staff there are so kind and understanding, you aren't judged by anyone, they help the best they can. In my time there, I considered everyone apart of my family. Thank you to all the staff who helped me and all the friends I made. -Destiny
