The receptionist was absolutely helpful, she took care of my paperwork in no time and she was very friendly.
The nurses that took care of my different tests were also very nice, empathetic and professional. The clinic is also in a very good shape and seems to be very clean.
It wasn’t very busy at 10 in the morning which was appreciated as well.

Very happy with this clinic. Finally a clinic in London that is value for money and excellent quality of medical team. Reception staff also very friendly.

I had my full check up done here very reasonable compared to other clinics in London.

I also had my first PRP for my hair loss here and the practitioner took time to explain, gave me aftercare instructions.

I experienced severe coughing fits every night for about five days and visited A&E every night, spending five hours there each time. Unfortunately, no effective treatment was provided, and my condition worsened. Desperate for help, I contacted My Health and Wellbeing Clinic, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for me on the same day.

As soon as I arrived, I registered and was seen by a doctor within just five minutes. They provided me with IV treatment along with medication, and after five nights of sleeplessness, I finally felt relief and even dozed off while receiving the IV. The entire team was incredibly attentive and caring, making me feel I was in safe hands. Thanks to their expertise and proper treatment, I recovered within a few days.

I had a great experience at this clinic for my PRP hair treatment.

The staff is super friendly. I have to give a special thank you to Filiz, who took care of me during the treatment. She was so gentle and really knew what she was doing. When she took my blood, I didn’t even feel a thing.

I had 2 sessions so far and the whole process was smooth. I’m already happy with the results and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone thinking about PRP.
