There isn't option to give 0 stars but if there was that what I would give them.

This company is real bad they don't support you and leave you in your house hours at time on your own they don't care and are not nice to you.

Most of the staff don't speak English and don't help you cook or clean or do anything there payed to do.

so I'm still with this company my social is finding me a new support company but today I was told they need to make a profit I'm adding a picture of messages please take a look.

DONT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THIS COMPANY THEY REALLY DONT CARE. (I'm not on about individual support worker I'm on about the LINDA & MARTHA AND STACY) THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY AUTISM AND MY OTHER NEEDS. please don't leave your loved ones with this company especially loved one who have communication difficulties.

There CQC report is requires improvement in all areas but they don't care about that or nothing else and they spcifically won't care about you they are money centred company and don't look after you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS trust me I receive "support" from them and it's really really bad. I have photo and video evidence of the things they do but no one wants to listen to or watch them.
