An amazing company, providing not only wonderful Pilates classes, but also an outstanding physiotherapy service. My recent experience with Jen as physio was very positive. A combination of sound advice, deep massage and specific exercises enabled me to overcome an episode of intermittent pain and discomfort that was impacting on my sleep and general enjoyment of life. Visited Plus Health Company for the first time today - a physiotherapy appointment with the amazing Jenny Rose. Jenny did a very thorough assessment not only on my knee injury, but on my biomechanics - giving me valuable insight into how my structure impacts my mobility. Jenny gave me exercises to build strength where it’s lacking and advised me well on how to take care of the injury and prevent further stress and damage to the knee. She also gave me a wonderful massage which brought excellent relief to the joint and surrounding area. I feel very confident that not only will my symptoms improve but that the advice Jenny gave me will enable me to build up the strength I need to protect my joints going forward. First class service - thank you Jenny and Plus Health team - I look forward to my next appointment.

Jen is a great teacher and very knowledgeable. She knows all the tricks to cheating an exercise and is able to adjust body positions to allow for safe actions but also encouraging you to get the most out of the workout. Fantastic classes offering excellent instruction and an abundance of knowledge. Jen made us feel so comfortable in the sessions and I got a lot out of them. Would highly recommend for anyone considering pilates.

I have been attending plus pilates since September 2022. Jens passion,enthusiasm and energy for pilates shines through at each session. I leave feeling energised and motivated. Amazing assessment and treatment with Kate today on my injured shoulder that ive been struggling with for months. Had my first Physio appointment post spinal surgery today with Jenny Rose at Plus Health. Jenny was welcoming, attentive and had a patient centered approach which meant I immediately felt at ease.
