I had a positive experience in this clinic.
I arrive in advance and they called me before my appointment, the appointment was fast and normal, the doctor was kind.
I asked multiple times to explain to me the medical procedure as english is not my first language, and the staff was nice and patient to me.
Do not be scare 🙂 it is going to be fine

I attended with my daughter for a consultation, I did not go in but my daughter that was emotionally detressed prior, came out crying and feeling judged, the doctor was rude and apparently judgemental.
I wanted to kick off as my daughter that is going through a very tough time, did not get the care that was needed.
If you have no empathy or compassion in this specialised job, then go somewhere else!
Having a bad day or not, these girls/women are going through difficult times, hard decisions. Not exceptable!

WORST CLINIC EVER!!

at my first appointment 3 different nurses told me that my pregnancy is ectopic and when i asked them to explain what that was, they gave me NO information and instead just insisted that everything was fine.

obviously i arrive home (after not having treatment due to me being a few weeks too late for the pill abortion) and the first thing i do is google what an ectopic pregnancy is and of course, i was terrified.

then, i get told by a random midwife over the phone that didn’t scan me, that i have a normal pregnancy? how does that work? who is telling me the truth?

i still have no idea what is going on and if i have a potentially fatal problem ahead of me, and when she booked my appointment for my surgery i was informed that it would be only male staff. WHAT am i living on a different planet? why would there ONLY be male staff in a place like that? when i raised the issue of me being completely uncomfortable with that, all she said was “okay, i’ll cancel your treatment all together then shall i”

they are ridiculously rude and completely inconsiderate. i asked if it would be possible for me to have a female surgeon and they said not until july!! which is 7 weeks away!!!

this clinic is disgusting with the way they treat their patients.

also, to whoever is keeping a beady eye over your awful reviews for this place, DO NOT SEND ME AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAYING THAT YOURE GOING TO “INVESTIGATE” THIS, REPLY TO MY REVIEW AND STOP WASTING EVERYONES TIME!!

My experience at this clinic was horrible, I had to wait over 5 hours to get seen by someone. At my first appointment I spoke to two different lady’s and they were both so unprofessional, I was extremely emotional and all they did was just laugh at me and make me feel embarrassed and ashamed.
I tried speaking to them about how I was feeling and that I wasn’t sure if I was making the right decision and I just felt that they were pressuring me and made me feel really uncomfortable. I just feel they have no sympathy or empathy for how I was feeling and I got no support after. I asked if there was counselling or support for after and the lady just said yeah and didn’t go into any detail about where I can get the support and help. Do not go to this clinic as they show no respect or have any understanding of the mental effects of getting an abortion.

Such an awful place! The staff are rude and belittling. For some women the choice they are making is already hard enough and this clinic makes it 10 times worse.

I remember them making passive aggressive comments like "are you sure you're pregnant" then making me take another test after an initial scan they did. When I told them I wasn't ready for a baby they replied "everyone always says that."
When giving me the pills, I remember the woman being very rude too.

It baffles me that the people who work here aren't more sensitive to the woman, they make passive aggressive remarks and their attitude and general energy is appalling.

Please do not go to this clinic. Find one that has positive reviews even if that means travelling to another city. Going to places like this where they make your already emotionally hard experience harder. Don't do it to yourself, you deserve better than this.

I had an great experience at Ealing clinic.
Had an surgery booked for today which has been done successfully.
I was booked for 8am. Everything was on time. I have been told to expect being in there for 4-6 hours. In total I was there for about 4hours once I needed to do a scam before, take the pill before surgery etc.
All staff were lovely and made me feel very confortable. The support before the surgery, all the nurses, the Anesthetist, the doctores, the after care were better than I could ever imagine. I was also provided an interpreter once English isn't my first language which made me feel more relaxed.
I am very thankful for the caring of all the staff!

After reading the reviews I was dreading my appointment.However, on the day the nurses the Dr and the whole team were incredible, everyone was lovely to talk too and understanding, I arrived at 8:30 and was told to expect to be there until at-least 2:30 but was out way earlier than expected which was great 🙂 I opted for the local anaesthetic and though it wasn’t completely pain free the team ensured I was as comfortable as possible and also did all the necessary health checks afterwards to ensure I was good to leave. The team were extremely professional, and the level of care I experienced on the day was at a very high standard. I hope others don’t fear this place after reading all the negative reviews as they were honestly great 🙂

I had a horrible experience here. Was breaking down emotionally in the clinic room, it was obvious I was distressed about it and not one person in that room (there was about 4 of them), told me to take some time to think about it or come back when I’m not so upset.
It was the wrong decision for me and left me with serious mental health problems, I wish somebody there could’ve told me to have some counselling beforehand and maybe things would’ve been different for me and my baby.
I felt pressured and encouraged to go through with it by the staff there.
