Having had back pain in my mid 20’s I was referred by a friend to Phoebe. From the first session it was evident I had poor mobility as I struggled to bend over without stiffness.
From the first session phoebe was able to identify the problems and use her expertise to develop an action plan…which is something I doubt I could have ever solved myself.

I’ve had about 4 sessions which have greatly reduced the problems, along with personalised exercises that I have found really helpful. They’ve got me to the point where I barely experience any pain in day to day life.

I’ve since referred my parents and they are equally as thankful. It’s worth the time and money to get over the problem at its core. Phoebe is very professional and friendly so it makes working through the issues so much easier. Thanks for all the help.
