I had root canal treatment on 2 teeth after my NHS said they couldn't treat, John Valentine is an exceptional Dentist who carried out the work and talked me through the whole process. Now all good and infection completely clear. Highly recommended. I now go to the on site hygenist Tracy Smith who is also excellent. Well worth paying the extra to have experts look after your teeth!

The dentist, John Valentine, runs a tight ship of dental treatment. Over the years I have engaged with this dentist, I had root canal work, sensitive teeth successfully repaired, fillings, and teeth extracted has been painless. The staff have been on educational training courses to help and be aware of disabled people and in all there forms. They have a web site for this dental treatment centre. I have a medical condition and the staff are accomodating to my needs. The man himself was a lecturer in Dentistry at Liverpool University. So he know his topic. If your nervous about forthcoming treatment, talk with the staff and they in my experience are calming and great at this. They can have treatment plans. The waiting appointments are clever to have space in the waiting room for only a small number of customers. It's very clean. They can have dental descaling cleaning staff too. There is parking behind the surgery and by the local CO-OP. And lastly, during the worst of COVID-19 and no treatment, they let me postpone my checkup until a antivirus was available. They all take part in a great treatment team.

I have been with valentines for years, but after today i will no longer be with them, i needed an emergency appointment as i had been in agony all night and as i pay £16.50 a month i stupidky thought i would be seen, i was told that the practice had changed hands which i was not notified, and mr valentine is on holiday, thats not good enough as a locum should have been there, i had to ring 111 and a massive thankyou to st georges gave me a script for antibiotics, they will get my custom from now on, this is utterly disgusting and should be repayed two years worth of money you have taken from me and not given services in return because of covid.
