I found the online booking system easy to use and selected a suitable date/time.
I specifically wanted to see Paul, having seen him five years ago.
The confirmation & reminder emails included clear instructions and a navigational guide.
My appointment was for an hour, during which time Paul questioned & examined me. He then got hands on the problem area which immediately improved my mobility. Paul also explained, demonstrated and guided me through exercises I need to complete as part of my rehab; I just need to stick to it!
I would highly recommend ‘MOVE’.

In my many years managing my complex physical pain and dysfunction, this is without doubt the best physio clinic I have ever been to. I can't quite believe it's here on my doorstep in Cornwall and I hadn't known of it before now! Knowledgable, patient, understanding and progressive, this team are stand-out excellent. I have longstanding physical issues (almost 20 years) but Paul wasn't phased, and I'm moving back into being the most confident, informed and pro-active about healing and mending my body that I've been in a very long time. This clinic has something special about it in its mindset, knowledge and approach. If you're seeking relief, improvement and positive guidance from smart and kind experts, this is the place to come. It's taken me post surgery 4 years a few physio's and now I feel like I have hit the physio jackpot. My first appointment with paul made me think and feel positive about my 20+ year knee issues, I wasn't rushed, I was listened to and felt completely comfortable. I came away feeling very different about my knee and motivated. So much so I couldnt get in the sea quick enough after my physio sesh with tape on my knee and encouagement to swim/exercise in the sea as much as possible, I jumped in smiling , however it was then a weaver fish decided that my toe was tasty and wanted a nibble - first time for me! And blimey it hurt!!!! I think it may have been paul in fish form reminding me to pace myself haha.
I very much recommend move physio. however I really don't rate the weaver fish ?

Hi Paul. The session this morning is working, I feel much more freedom with my right hip and not nearly so sore.
Having read your email I'm now aware I should have taken a photogragh of the exercises. Is it possible you could send them on to me? In future I will take photographs on my phone of any further instructuion.

My 14 year old had an appointment with Andrew Highton for a physio assessment on his knee, and we have been really impressed with the service received both at the appointment and afterwards. I was a little unsure of not being able to telephone at first, but the email response is really fast. Happy to recommend.
