I have previously had good experiences at this surgery but after the last couple of years sadly feel I must change my 5 star review to a 1 star. I have always found this surgery helpful for acute conditions such as chest infections, but feel they are much less helpful when it comes to chronic conditions, especially anything relating to women's health. In particular, I would recommend that anyone struggling with perimenopause or hormonal issues seek their care elsewhere.

I have used Moulton Surgery for decades. Over the last 5 years or so I think the Surgery has massively improved the way they do business. I went in to see Dr Jo Warcaba about a hernia last week, she was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, focused, kind and considerate. It is impossible for me to convey how much I appreciate the great service I get from her and those like her. These people are worth millions to us and I am so grateful. Thank you Dr Jo, you are appreciated more than you will ever know. 🙏

Honestly cannot fault this practise. Infact it’ll it just highlights how bad my previous practise actually was.
Every receptionist I’ve spoken to has gone above and beyond to help and accommodate any issues I have had, including last minute prescription requests that were completely my own fault.
Every GP I have seen has been equally as helpful and efficient.

I've been with this surgery over a year now, and I have only ever had a positive experience with Doctors, nurses, and the lovely reception staff. They are the friendliest and helpful reception staff I've ever come across.

Reception staff are really good and the Doctor's are apart from one who I point blank will refuse to see.

He refused to see my son back in August 2022 even though I pretty much begged for him to!

That night I had to call out an ambulance as he was getting worse and was on the floor struggling to breathe. He was taken to A&E where he was instantly admitted and on HDU as he was seriously ill - yet I had been told by this Doctor earlier that day that my son just needs to rest up and he will be fine!

I complained 13 months ago and am yet to receive a response from the surgery even though they have been chased several times.

This is my reason for a 2 star because of this one doctor and lack of apology for what was an extremely serious complaint.

I honestly can't understand any negative review about Moulton Surgery. I would suggest these people move to a different surgery, and experience just how bad it is out there. We had years of utter hell at Park Avenue Medical Centre. In contrast, since moving to Moulton, we have had nothing but amazing service from Moulton Surgery, and cannot fault them in any single way. They're responsive, polite and can't do enough for you.

Moved here 4 months ago and honestly the best practice. Like old times. Always get through on the phone, reception staff can't do enough to help and are compassionate. Definitely recommend.
