I've just recently become a member and find the club to be very welcoming by staff and members.
There's plenty of seating available in the two area's of the club that's the Bar and function room.
There seems to be a lack of entertainment at weekends unless there's a party that a member has arranged so mybe something the club to look into for the future.

Was there for a funeral staff worked well under pressure. Small venue up and down with stairs not wheelchair friendly but staff very friendly

Excellent little place. A local place for local people, but they’re friendly and welcoming to guests (must be signed in by a member). Just what you’d want from a little local social club, really. Unpretentious and decent.

Always a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. A surprisingly apt venue for functions with helpful and welcoming staff. John and Sheila, the managers that I have had the most contact with, are always helpful and polite and are an asset to this lovely little venue.

Only just joined, early days yet hence 3*s, I'm sure its better than that as everybody seems so friendly & choice of drinks & price seem's very reasonable. Several months have passed since i 1st joined & posted this, its now 4*s for me, £3-50 a pint, great sense of community spirit, xmas draw night, xmas kids party all in the offering. Pool, snooker, darts, bar billiards, golf society etc! So glad we joined now, only £15 pa each for a years membership. A year in now, got to be 5*s👍

Friendly club,like most clubs needs a wee bit of TLC. Was at a darts competition, which agreed went on a bit, but when in the middle of the final they tell you to go it's a bit off putting, plenty of money spent over the bar ,which would have been quite if not for finals night ,must have been 60 people for the darts.
