Dreadful experience
I have called for an appointment due to having chest pain and uneasiness in the chest.
They assigned urgently me for me a nice doctor who requested an ECG and bloods.
When I have gone to the receptionist to have it done she gave me an appointment 2 weeks later without paying any attention to the urgency of the symptoms.
Asking me to go to ED while being in the GP.

A young man on the reception very friendly and lovely manner. Smiled putting me at ease on my first visit to the surgery
Attended the doctor what a fabulous lady she was, so professional but showed empathy and asked many questions to identify why I needed to see the doctor. Following an amazing consultation she arranged bloods, stools and a referral to the hospital, I had been waiting over a year to get an appointment with my own doctor in Kent and they had no empathy or compassion to the needs of a patient
Both the receptionist and the doctor made my visit less stressful and the lady doctor please look after her she was amazing

I called at 5.52pm today I was number 7 in the queue. By 6pm I was number 5 in the queue I thought you closed at 6.30pm so stayed on the line. At 6.20pm I was number 1 in the queue so waited till nearly 7pm thinking you were finishing up the call queue before leaving only to discover on your website that you close at 6pm. It's very poor that you did not finish all the calls that were in the queue before leaving for the evening. I know that call systems allow you to stop any further calls coming in without cutting off the people in the queue as I've worked in customer service myself so there is no excuse.

All I want to do is order my usual repeat prescription. I normally do online, but they are not available. I’ve now been on hold for 26 minutes, and “caller number one” for at least 15 minutes. Absolutely disgraceful when you wait nearly half an hour to get through to a GP.

Go up
