Staff are brilliant, prices are stupid. Freezers are defrosting and water all over some aisle. Shameful for a company so big to not spend money on the store. Been happening for months.

The shop is nicely situated in gorleston. The staff are very helpfull and know there jobs. The meat and fish counter are quite cheep and very fresh. The prices are as the same as marks and spencer. The wines are all good and plenty to chose from. The parking is free and plenty of it. It is disabled friendly so no worries. The shop might be a bit more expensive than Tescos extra charges but the food speaks for its self.
Very happy apart from prices.

Visited whilst in town attending a funeral. The store was dark as usual, like walking around on one massive landing at 4am, the crematorium was far better lit and had a much nicer ambience in general.

Has always been a pleasant experience shopping there. When I used to eat at the cafe I had nothing bad to say about it. The only con is the availability of fruit and veg later on at night; nothing major though.

The store was very busy, especially at the checkout area. Some queues were being held up because staff were needed to assist and were busy assisting someone else. I would avoid going in midday Saturday.

Did an online order and got wrong items. Sent the items back with the driver and tried to contact the store multiple times. No idea about the actual order and about the refund. Where is my money and order?
