Ear wax cleaning service was amazing, my ears are so clear and can hear so much better, Carly and Tom were absolutely amazing and so friendly. They come to you which is ideal and saves you going out etc and travelling and the process is so quick and efficient. Response time of asking to make an appointment by email is also very quick and they saw me on very short notice. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Was looking for a company to help my father-in-law, who had been having hearing issues for quite a while, as he has COPD it is difficult to get him to a shop based ear irrigation service. Found Monmouthshire ear cleaning service online, came back very quickly after posting enquiry and had a booking booked at short notice. We had to rearrange the appointment due to Him having a fall, however they provided the service 2 days later. Carly and Tom were kind and courteous during the visit He is very happy as his hearing is much better and is very happy with the service and advise given about his hearing. Would highly recommend Carly and Tom and will use again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service!

After being told by Audiology in Ebbw Vale that I'd need to wait 1.5 weeks for an appointment, I was filled with instant relief when Monmouthshire Ear Cleaning Service Abergavenny told me they could perform wax removal the very next day! I was even more elated when I was told they're a mobile service and would come to my house to perform the treatment.

Tom arrived bang on time and less than 45 minutes later, my ears were both unblocked, giving me full hearing back and what I can only describe as huge relief.
