Awful experience. The triage nurse was unfriendly, cold, presumptuous, intimidating, unprofessional and judgemental. I literally walked out and did not wait to be seen further. On the plus side receptionist was lovely and the triage nurse could learn a thing or two about compassion and empathy from her. Disgraceful.

Accompanied daughter for mental health appointment.
Was advised of a call back within following week from the social worker. Did not receive the call or any correspondence and its 2 weeks later.
Poor follow up

The way the nurse spoke to my partner was absolutely disgusting. Shamed her for having not registered at a GP (despite only moving to the country recently), showed zero interest in her symptoms, and then sent her away with no help or guidance.

For example, the nurse compared her daughter to my partner. Saying how much more organised she is and that my partner should know better for her age.

Registering at a GP can take up to 2 weeks. My partner had already applied but attended the walk-in clinic as the issue was urgent. I've never experienced this level of disrespect by a health care "professional."

The staff are just so lovely, the receptionists, doctors and nurses are excellent! Wish they had a separate GP, I'd move from mine in a heartbeat.
