Overall I would say I have had a good experience here. My family is new to the surgery, and the reception staff has been very helpful. We have been able to get the help we needed for medical conditions. For the NHS they do a pretty good job. They also have a good relationship with Asvacare pharmacy across the street which makes things simple.

I called at 08:00 as advised by reception for a same day appointment. I waited in the queue for about 10-15 minutes. As soon as I was at the front of the queue my call was disconnected. This happened twice. The receptionists are lazy, unhelpful and unprofessional.

I have been registered with Modern medical centre Rush green practice since October 2018, along with all my children who were minors at the time. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic around November 2020, my landlord reclaimed his property, and I had to move my family to Rainham, which was not an ideal location for us. However, I continued to maintain our registration with GP Sugrey hoping to find a better accommodation.
In January this year, my son showed signs of an insect bite on his feet. I contacted the GP on his behalf, and he was seen by a doctor who prescribed medication, which he collected using our new address.
Recently, I asked my son to book an appointment for his feet again, but he was informed that his name had been removed from the GP register. When I called to inquire about this, I was told it was because he was reportedly abroad, which is not the case. I explained that he had been given a prescription recently with our new address, but this did not resolve the issue. The secretary transferred me to the manager, who said she would only discuss the matter with my son due to his age. I agreed to call back with my son on Monday, July 15th, 2024.
However, I have since received a letter stating that my family and I need to find a new GP within 30 days due to being out of the practice boundary.
I am seeking urgent clarification on why my son's name was removed without prior notice and why this boundary issue is being raised now despite our ongoing interaction with the GP. Honestly, I am totally disappointed with this action taken by a GP that I have used for 4 years.

Just a black hole for NHS money! My daughter has severe allergic reaction (cough with vomit and suffocating, and she has 2 pumps - blue and brown). We want to know what is the allergy from, therefore my wife spent 3 mornings in a row on the phone, to receive a doctors appointment. Luckily on the 3rd there was one left. Unfortunately a Nurse, which led the appointment was really rude with my wife and DID NOT give a blood test form for allergies (even my wife's firm request), just for liver profile and blood cells count. We understood that 3 weeks later, because we lost 1 week until the time for blood test to be taken, 1 week the blood to be examined and 1 week for the person, who is responsible to press "Print" on the computer, to come to work and press Print, so we can see the results. Now, we AGAIN requested an allergy test, which God only know how long will take! If the Nurse was able to do her job, we won't be suffering 1 month with a gasping for breath child! Probably is a trick of the Surgery, so we to book more appointments and it to receive NHS funds, for nothing-doing. Shame! Also - to receive the results of MY underage child, I have to fill-in a GDPR form of the name of my underage child. Really? When we (with my wife) are the only responsible for OUR children people in the world! Is the filling-out a form, from the name of another person, legal? I doubt. Ridiculous place!

Very disappointed ! Took my one year old son over on Monday with pain and lumps on the back of his ears-nek.they checked him over,looked on his ears and sent me home because is nothing wrong,is viral.Two days later refused to see him again because he has been seen two days ago.I took him to private and I’ve done the best thing because he has a very bad ear and nose infection. he has been prescribed antibiotics straight away.Few more days and the infection would have go to his head or brain(Doctor said).

I have been work this Surgery for the last 5 years and they are so good. The receptionist are nice and always accommodate patient needs. The Doctors and Nurses are great as well, if it wasn't for one of the Doctors I would never have known about a diagnostic, she referred me to scans and specialist even when I didn't think I needed it. They are definitely one of the best.

The Dr's at this surgery are inadequate, they are rude, particularly Dr Mano, zero patient care, do their job to the bare minimum and talk to vulnerable patients with utter disprespect.
Nothing is ever followd up, repeat prescriptions always being changed or stopped without being told.
Its ltke fighting a constant battle. At the point where i would rather have no GP than one from this surgery.
