YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
6 months after a violent attack. ML Doctor Rehman wanted ME to TELL him I was healed in 5 WEEKS or he would NOT represent me.
He also ignored the real injuries and made up the report.
A week later NHS GP sent me for a MRI scan and sent me for physiotherapy.
I am considering taking legal action.
The forms are designed for only for occupants of vehicles.whiplash claimants.
In the waiting room you will be given 4 sheets to complete asking specific questions. You will have neck pain before you finish these forms.
